What counts as a decision?
One brief, recommended end to end — from intake through the checked recommendation and its report. Re-running scenarios on an existing decision does not consume another one.
What does Start free include?
Three decisions a month on one decision type, with summary output and two seats — enough to try Mongeflow on a real decision before paying for one.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly at the listed price. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the end of the billing period. Payment and tax are handled by our payments provider, and you can cancel any time.
How are recommendations checked?
Every recommendation is checked against your business rules before it reaches you, and each report carries the impact, the confidence, and the evidence behind it.
Which plans include API access?
Professional and Enterprise. Keys read decisions, pull exports and receive signed webhooks - decisions are always created in the app, never by key. Professional runs at 120 requests a minute and Enterprise at 600, with X-RateLimit headers on every response.
Can I add another decision type to Starter?
A per-type add-on exists for Starter — contact us and we will set it up with you.
Which languages is Mongeflow available in?
The product interface is available in English, French, Spanish and German, and reports and exports follow the language you work in. This marketing site is English. French, Spanish and German have not yet been reviewed by a native speaker, and we say so rather than let you find out.
